To help increase brand awareness and application numbers for their autumn 2023 recruitment drive, I led a team of designers and copywriters to launch an entirely new advertising campaign, rebranding the term 'Client Service Team' to the more exciting, 'Knowledge Broker'.
This brief had a number of key touchpoints to deliver upon. We needed to change perceptions of what the CST role was in an eye-catching, engaging manner, while also remaining transparent about what characteristics are needed to succeed. It was also an opportunity to bring attention to the exclusivity of the role, given that AlphaSights recruit less than 1% of all applicants – the elite!
